FAQ

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A: We use Priority and Express (EMS) services to ship all of our packages to your door. We ship mon-fri excluding holidays. Orders are generally accepted and approved within 1 business day of placement. From there orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days. Expect to receive Priority (Registered Airmail) orders to be delivered within 10-15 business days, and 5-8 business days for Express (EMS) orders. Please be aware that many postal carriers will require a sigature for the delivery of your package. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will typically leave a notice for the package to be picked up at your local post office. If you are missing a package that has been shipped, please consult with your local post office for details.

Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: We accepts all Credit Cards, Debit Cards, e-checks and money orders.

Q: Do I need a prescription to order?
A: All medications offered on our site are non-controlled and as such can be approved by our license staff physician without the need of a personal consultation. Please answer truthfully all the questions in our order form pertaining to your medical history. This electronic consulation will be approved as long as you medically qualify for the medications ordered based on your health questionnaire statements.

Q: Are there any hidden fees or costs?
A: Never. We clearly list the price of our products on our product pages as well as shipping fees. These are the only costs associated with your order, period.

Q: Do you substitute name brand products with generics?
A: NO. You will receive exactly what you ordered from our site unless otherwise notified of a need for a change and your written approval of a change. We clearly identify in our product pages the name brand and generic products we sell including specific manufacturer information.

Q: HOW WILL THE PRODUCT BE PACKAGED?
A: All packages are shipped in plain packaging to protect your privacy.

Q: Is there a discount when I re-order?
A: Yes. All re-orders from past customers will receive a 7% discount at checkout. Simply add items to your cart, at checkout after you login as a loyal customer, you will see the 7% discount applied to your order total.
